RESUMO

Relata-se o caso clínico de uma mulher de 38 anos, não fumadora,internada por pneumotórax Apresentava uma história clínica com evolução de oito meses de dispneia de esforço e tosse seca. Porbiópsia pulmonar transbrônquica, foi feito o diagnóstico de Linfangioleiomiomatose.

ABSTRACT

We describe a clinical case regarding a 38 year old female, non smoker, with a eight months history of shortness of breath and dyspneia. A diagnosis of lymphangioleiomlomatosis was made by transbronchial lung biopsy.
